Led by Chairman and CEO, Don Feeney, and along with co-founder Mrs. Judy Feeney, has built the company from a startup of 4 people in 1986, to a worldwide operation with a supporting cast over a 100 distinguished professionals. We maintain a core of professionals to meet all contingencies while enjoying a teaming agreement with a cadre of world wide security personnel, this allows us to maintain consistency when it comes to customer support and service.

Don Feeneys expertise has been forged by his years as a Delta Force member and for 7 years was the Chief Security Consultant for Solomon Brothers, New York. He also was the Chief Security Consultant for Shell Oil in BogotColombia, for 6 years. Along with co-founder Judy Feeney the focus of the company was to conduct training and supervise security for multi-national companies with business operations in high-risk areas around the world.

CTU has grown over the succeeding years and has expanded its footprint by providing a quality service through its diversified skills. The company now offers a full range of training, consulting, risk management and due diligence services to its clientele. CTUS Corporate Headquarters handles CTUS Global operations but we have satellite offices in the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Iraq.

We are able to do this by the addition of consulting professionals from numerous U.S. and OGAs (Other Government Agencies) as well as highly trained security personnel from the civilian security sector.
